Delivery Information:All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day via Recorded Delivery delivered within 3 working days so in a word, we’re quick. speedy even, and our customers love us for it! We charge a flat rate of £3.50 if your order is to be delivered to a UK address, not only that; but when you spend over £75 we’ll deliver it for FREE! Delivery Charges: Our Recorded Delivery service is now FREE on all orders over £75. Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays (UK Only) orders need to be placed before 2pm. Example shipping estimates for next day delivery are listed below: - Light items 100 - 500g, t-shirts, caps, belts ect. £3.50
- Medium weight items 500 - 2000g, jeans, jackets ect. 3.50
- Heavy items over 2000g up to a maximum of 10kg are shipped via DHL at a flat rate of £3.50
If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) your purchase will be dispatched the same day. Order after 2pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don’t forget Bank Holidays aren’t working days – even for us!)

RETURNS POLICY Order Cancellations:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Urban Male Clothing, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to Customer Care.

Return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original and return delivery charges) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Please note that underwear and sale items are non-returnable.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item:
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. |
