- How do I return an item for an exchange or store credit?
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) or exchange of size/item if available.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed. All items must be returned recorded delivery. On all orders, Urban Male Clothing accepts payment by all major debit & credit cards via SagePay secured payment, we also accept payment by PayPal and personal cheque, we cannot accept Amex.
Please note: We cannot accept payment by cash, Western Union or cheques drawn on foreign banks. All prices are in £'s sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. For your protection Urban Male Clothing use DHL's 24 - 72 hour delivery service which provides you with free insurance up to £50 against loss or damage. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment. - Is my credit card information safe?
