- How do I return an item for an exchange or store credit?
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) or exchange of size/item if available.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed. All items must be returned recorded delivery. Please email sales@urbanmaleclothing.com for returns authorisation and details, or contact Urban Male Clothing on 020 7385 9934 Our normal office hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 1.00pm Saturday.

- What forms of payment are accepted?
On all orders, Urban Male Clothing accepts payment by all major debit & credit cards via Protx/ Sagepay secured payment, we also accept payment by PayPal, we do not accept Amex.
Please note: We cannot accept payment by cash, Western Union or cheques drawn on foreign banks.

For your protection Urban Male Clothing use either 1st class recorded delivery or next day special delivery service which provides you with free insurance against loss or damage. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

Even if the customer has selected an alternative delivery address. This is to protect Urbanmaleclothing.com from Credit Card Charge Back Fraud.
