Shipping & Returns

 Delivery Information:

In a word, we’re quick. Speedy even, and our customers love us for it! If your order is to be delivered to a UK address, not only that; but when you spend over £50 we’ll deliver it for FREE! 

Orders under 2kg in weight will be shipped via Royal Mail, orders above 2kg in weight will be shipped via DHL. 

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Charges:

1st class recorded UK delivery is now FREE on all orders over £50. While recorded delivery normally takes 3 working days, please allow longer at busy periods ie. Christmas ect.

Orders under £50 are charged at a flat rate of £2.95 per order including recorded delivery.

Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays (UK Only) orders need to be placed before 2pm and normal shipping rates apply to this service

Example shipping estimates for next day delivery are listed below:

  • Light items 100 - 500g, sunglasses, body jewellery ect. £5.40
  • Medium weight items 500 - 2000g, shoes, jackets ect. £8.99
  • Heavy items over 2000g up to a maximum of 10kg are shipped via DHL at a flat rate of £9.99

If you order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) your purchase will be dispatched the same day. Order after 2pm and your order will be winging its way to you the next working day. (Don’t forget Bank Holidays aren’t working days – even for us!)

Sorry, you guys are going to have to pay a bit extra but we'll do our best to keep the cost as low as humanly possible, you'll have to wait just a little bit longer too, but we'll do our very, very best to get it to you as quick as we can...

  • 100g - 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.
  • 2kg - 10kg will be shipped via DHL and includes automatic insurance to a value of £50.

    Shipping to the EU is calculated by a combination of weight and volume.
  • 100g - 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For.
  • 2kg - 10kg will be shipped via PARCELINE or TNT Express.


    Australia, Japan, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Brazil & Mexico
  • approximately. 8-14 working days

    Shipping to these destinations is calculated by a combination of weight and volume.
  • 100g - 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For.
  • 2kg - 10kg will be shipped via DHL and includes automatic insurance to a value of £50.

    RETURNS POLICY

    Order Cancellations
    Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Urban Male Clothing, for a full refund.

    Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to Customer Care.

    If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

    In this case, the goods should be returned to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below

    Return or exchange an item:
    We offer a 14 day "cooling off" period so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original and return delivery charges) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    Faulty Item
    If the item you received is faulty, please contact
    customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

    I received the wrong item
    If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact
    customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
