What happens if I forget my password?
No problem! Simply click on the ‘forgot password’ link next to the sign into your account box, and we’ll email you a reminder.
How long will my delivery take to arrive and how much does it cost?
Your order will be processed within 1 hour of receipt and if placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. We usually estimate 3 working days for delivery unless you’ve selected our next day service however, this time frame is normally a lot shorter. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for standard delivery and £6.95 for next day delivery Mon – Fri. Standard delivery is free when you spend over £50, next day is free when you spend over £100.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes and no! The majority of our orders are shipping via Royal mails standard delivery service, you will not be required to sign for these. If you have selected our next day service or ordered an item that needs to be delivered by City Link Express courier service (heavy, expensive items are shipped this way) these will require a signature.
What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
If you’re not in when your order is delivered then a card will be left by either Royal mail to collect at your local sorting office, and a second attempt will be made if your order is arriving by City Link Express
Can I have my order delivered to a work/student address?
Yes! We’re happy to send your order to a work/student digs addresses that are different to your billing address. There is a ‘ship to different address’ field within our checkout process. This is only available to UK residents.
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
After your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order, your order with then be processed at our warehouse and a second dispatch confirmation will be sent detailing approximate delivery times and tracking number if a tracked service has been selected.
Is my personal information protected and kept private?
Yes! Here at Urban Male Clothing we like to ensure that our customers can purchase from us with confidence, which is why we will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters, entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post and telephone we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post and telephone.

Urban Male Clothing accepts payment by Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard via Sage Pay secured payment; we also accept payment by PayPal.

How safe is it for me to use my credit/debit card online?
Our site uses the latest 128-bit SSL security, complying with and exceeding all necessary security requirements to protect your details. While accessing a secure server the first characters of the address will change from HTTP to HTTPS.
What if my credit card doesn’t work?
If for any reason you're having trouble completing your transaction using your credit or debit card then you can try to complete the payment through PayPal, which does not require you to have a PayPal account.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
No! If you are resident within the EU then no import duties or additional taxes will be levied.
Yes! For residents outside of the EU additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
How do I know what size I need?
We have a size guide on every product page, please be aware that sizes vary from brand to brand we also highlight this within our product descriptions using the terms slim, regular and casual fit.

Yes! There’s a comprehensive size guide on all of our product pages with details on where to take your measurements and information on specific brand sizing. This is constantly updated to cover new brand arrivals.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?
If an item or your size is currently out of stock the size will be greyed out.
