As of 1st January 2021, please note that orders will not be delivered until duties and taxes are paid in full. All orders into the European Union will be sent without taxes and duties paid for meaning that these will need to be paid for by the customer upon entry to the destination country. The recipient will be contacted by email or text to allow for these customs to be paid for and the parcel will be released for delivery following payment. In addition all orders over £135 will be eligible for duty charges which will be determined in the country of the recipient however these will also need to be paid for by the recipient before receiving their order. If you are unsure, we would recommend checking if your delivery destination is affected by these charges prior to placing an order.
We offer a 30 day returns policy but please note that we only accept and refund returned items that are in a resalable condition so please ensure that all tags remain attached to the returning products and packaging is in the same condition that they are received in order to return goods. Please note that we do not accept items back without original packaging or swing tags.

To return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original packaging and condition* within 30 days of receipt. Please use the return address label from the feedback form on the back of your invoice and enclose the invoice together with your returned order. We will issue a full refund (excluding original and return delivery charges) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
