Delivery estimates have been extended slightly, but the majority of packages are arriving fine with no delays. As a goodwill all packages are currently being upgraded to 1st class recorded at our own cost, please be assured that we will endeavour to dispatch your order ASAP.
A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once your order has been dispatched together with a tracking number from the postal service used.

Please note that Royal Mail tracking will not update until delivery has either been made or attempted.
As of 1st January 2021, please note that orders will not be delivered until duties and taxes are paid in full. All orders into the European Union will be sent without taxes and duties paid for meaning that these will need to be paid for by the customer upon entry to the destination country. The recipient will be contacted by email or text to allow for these customs to be paid for and the parcel will be released for delivery following payment. In addition all orders over £135 will be eligible for duty charges which will be determined in the country of the recipient however these will also need to be paid for by the recipient before receiving their order. If you are unsure, we would recommend checking if your delivery destination is affected by these charges prior to placing an order.
All orders placed after 21st October 2022 are eligible for our extended Christmas Returns window. Customers will have until the 8th January 2023 to return any unwanted orders placed after the 21st October 2022. Please ensure that all tags remain attached to the returning products and boxes are maintained in the condition that they are received in order to return goods. Please note that we do not accept items back without tags/bags.
RETURNS POLICY Order Cancellations:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Urban Male Clothing, for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the return or exchange an item section below
To return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original packaging and condition* within 30 days of receipt. Please use the return address label from the feedback form on the back of your invoice and enclose the invoice together with your returned order. We will issue a full refund (excluding original and return delivery charges) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Yes! If you live within the United Kingdom we are happy to deliver to a different shipping from billing address. we can only ship orders taken over the phone to your billing address but you must have an existing account with us. For security reasons we can only ship International orders to your billing address.
